The Anthropic Customer Innovation Fund (CIF) provides co-investment for joint BCG-Anthropic engagements that demonstrate transformative AI use cases. Funding can be applied toward model credits, joint engineering support, co-marketing, and pilot infrastructure.

Active engagements at Stage 3+ with a defined Anthropic use case and measurable outcomes
Funding range
Typically USD 50K - 500K depending on scope, strategic value, and reference story potential

Anthropic reviews within 10 business days. BCG Alliance Lead is notified of decision directly
